STUDENT SUMMER EMPLOYEES

LEARN MORE

Thank you to the generous funding from BC Culture Works, The City of Nanaimo, and the Province of BC, the NAC has a stipend to employee students for an 8-week summer work program each year.

Students are paid to assist with some of our core programs, including Artwalk, and get hands on experience to add to their resumes and career development. Work is guided and supported by board members, while giving students the independence to lead work and have hands on experience.

We invite prospective student workers to email jamie@nanaimoartscouncil.ca with an expression of interest and a brief biography or resume.
