SUMMARY:Urban Sketch Club
DESCRIPTION:Beginner scribblers\, seasoned professional artists\, everyone in-between! Join us for another Nanaimo Sketch Club meetup\, where people feel free to work on their sketch practice and connect with like-minded people in a friendly\, inclusive\, supportive environment.\n\nFor this free event\, meet in the parking lot outside Bowen Park Complex\, near the lawn bowling building\, for a non-guided sketching and chit-chat session\, for about two hours. There are some interesting buildings here\, as well as the gorgeous park. We’ll try to get back together around noon to take a group snap of our sketches – but if you feel you don’t want to participate in that\, that’s totally fine. Feel free to post your sketches so we can see what you saw.\n\nBring: Your sketchbook\, your favourite drawing / painting implements\, and a portable chair.
