As a dreamer of traveling to far away places, being forced to stay in place due to Covid, got me contemplating my Canadian home. In order to familiarize myself to each province and territory of Canada, I began studying their emblems. I have since embarked on a 13 piece watercolour collection of each province and territory, depicting their official birds, flowers and mammals. This watercolour painting portrays the official flora and fauna of British Columbia; The Spirit Bear, the Pacific Dogwood and the Steller’s Jay.
