In filling out this form and purchasing an ad for the Nanaimo Artwalk, the Business agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Nanaimo Arts Council from any and all liability arising out of the participation in the 2022 Nanaimo Artwalk, including liability arising out of the Registered Businesses address or location and the actions of all artists exhibiting at the address above.
It is recommended that the Business carry suitable insurance and all expenses of insurance shall be borne by the Business. In addition, the aforementioned Nanaimo Arts Council shall not be liable in damages caused by fire, storm, flood, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, strike or by any cause.
