ARTWALK REGISTRATION

Showcase Your Work at Artwalk 2026

Join in on our annual celebration of local art. Connect with the broader Vancouver Island community, grow your network, and be part of our 28th-year of running this fabulous event.

Dates: November 21 & 22, 2026
Fee: $70 Early Bird |  $85 Late Registration

Why Participate?

  • Exposure: A wonderful opportunity to showcase your art to a large audience, including being featured in the guidebook being handed out to over 2500 visitors during the ArtWalk weekend.
  • Support: Inclusion in our marketing and social media campaigns, provided marketing materials for you to share, and a dedicated shuttle between Downtown and Old City Quarter to bring visitors to the places your exhibition venues are!
  • Community: Zero commissions on your sales. You pay registration for the event, and then 100% of your earnings stay with you.

You need to have an active NAC membership to participate. If you’re not currently a member or your membership expired, easily sign up below

Complete the form at the bottom of this page – visible once you’ve logged in as a member, with your information, bio, artwork photo, and venue information.

Payment

Make payment at the end of the registration form.
Early Bird ($70) until July 31. Late Registration ($85) until August 15.

Venues

The Nanaimo Arts Council has two venues – St Andrews United Church and the Music Conservatory – for artists to use as an exhibition space during ArtWalk 2026 on a first come, first serve basis. Any artists who participated in Artwalk 2025 will have first right of refusal for these venues until July 15th.

If you would like to be considered for a space at the Church or Conservatory after July 1st, please indicate this on your registration form.

All other artists are responsible for arranging their own host venue (studios, cafes, or retail spaces) within Downtown Nanaimo and Old City Quarter and this map area.

You must be a member of the Nanaimo Arts Council to register for Artwalk. If you already have an account, please sign in. Otherwise, become a member today!
