About Artwalk

Nanaimo Artwalk, a free winter festival in our city’s cultural landscape, brings the community together and significantly boosts our local economy. Artwalk takes place on Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 22nd featuring over 60 artists at 20 public and private venues in downtown Nanaimo and the Old City Quarter connected.

Indemnification:

In filling out this form and purchasing an ad for the Nanaimo Artwalk, the Business agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Nanaimo Arts Council from any and all liability arising out of the participation in the 2026 Nanaimo Artwalk, including liability arising out of the Registered Businesses address or location and the actions of all artists exhibiting at the address above.

It is recommended that the Business carry suitable insurance and all expenses of insurance shall be borne by the Business. In addition, the aforementioned Nanaimo Arts Council shall not be liable in damages caused by fire, storm, flood, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, strike or by any cause.

Indemnification Agreement *I will release the Nanaimo Arts Council from any and all liability for personal injury or loss or damage to personal property arising out of my participation in the 2026 Nanaimo Artwalk.

Payment

This form is for collecting the details of your ad placements. A member on our team will follow up with an invoice and instructions on how to submit payment. Please note that the final price of the ad(s) will includes PST.

All payments are due by August 25th. If we haven't received payment by then, your advertisement will not be included in our Event Guide or on the Bus Ad
